Located in the Guji area, the Hambella farm covers 200 hectares and is distinguished by its commitment to quality and social impact. Founded by Aman Adinew, former quality director of ECX (Ethiopia Commodity Exchange), it employs 28 people year-round and more than 700 people during harvest season, 70% of whom are women.
The cherries are hand-picked when ripe, then naturally sun-dried for 21 days. Hambella works with the production from its own farms and also with local producers, whom they support to improve their practices and the quality of their coffees.
A rich coffee, reflecting the terroir of Guji and the know-how of the producers.
