With the Hario MIZUDASHI bottle, easily prepare your favorite coffees using the cold brew method! Ideal for hot weather or in your cocktails, cold brew allows you to rediscover the aromas of your coffees in a refreshing way.
How does it work?
Pour your coarsely ground coffee into the filter, fill the bottle with room-temperature filtered water, shake gently, and let it steep in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. Serve with ice cubes and a slice of lemon. Super easy and delicious!
What we like: The jar is made of heat- and cold-resistant glass and has a permanent filter. It can also be used to prepare loose-leaf tea.

For a 600ml bottle:
60g of coarsely ground coffee
600g of cold or room temperature water
For a 900ml bottle:
90g of coarsely ground coffee
900g of cold or room temperature water
Our recipe:
• Place the coffee in the filter
• Pour the water little by little, making sure that all the coffee is thoroughly moistened.
• Close the carafe
• Shake gently
• Let it infuse in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours
Enjoy your cold brew however you like it. Over ice, with a slice of lemon, with milk...
