Our recipe for 4 cups or 500ml:
• Place the filter in the dripper, place the dripper on a carafe, and rinse the filter with water.
• Pour 30g of ground coffee - filter grind
• Heat filtered water to 95°C
• Pour 50g of water and wait 30 seconds - make sure to thoroughly wet all the coffee
• Pour 200g of water and wait 30 seconds
• Pour 150g of water and wait 30 seconds
• Pour in the remaining 100g of water and wait for it to stop flowing.
• The coffee is ready when it has finished brewing.
Our tips:
• Using a gooseneck kettle will make your life easier
• If the coffee brews in less than 2 minutes 30 seconds, grind the beans more finely.
• If the coffee takes longer than 3 minutes 30 seconds to brew, grind the beans more coarsely.
